What does Sunva do to my photo?

Sunva works on the lighting, exposure and color of your photo — direction, warmth, contrast and depth — rather than reshaping your face or smoothing your skin. The goal is for the photo to still look like you, with better light.

Why does the app need an internet connection?

Photo processing runs on our servers, so an active connection is required.

What is Sunva Pro?

Sunva Pro is the paid subscription that unlocks photo processing. It is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Current prices are shown inside the app before you confirm any purchase and may vary by region.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Select Sunva and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. Canceling through the app alone does not stop billing — it must be done in Settings.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple as well. Submit a request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account you purchased with.

I paid but the app says I'm not subscribed.

Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't work, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Your photo is used to generate the edited result and is handled by the service providers that power our processing. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising. How data is handled and how long it is kept is explained in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Email info@lightwellgames.com from the address associated with your account and we will take care of your request. We'll confirm once it's done.

I don't like the result on one of my photos.

Lighting works best on photos where the subject is clearly visible and not heavily blurred or very underexposed. Try a different shot first. If results still look wrong, email us and we'll take a look.

The app crashes or won't open.

Make sure you're on the latest version of Sunva and iOS, then restart your iPhone. If it continues, email us your iPhone model and iOS version.
